Steps to ensure perfection within every floral detail
Our Process

01. Share your vision
Start by completing our Wedding questionnaire here. You can also reach us directly at [email protected]. This first step gives us a deeper understanding of your style, budget, and the overall feeling you’d like your wedding to capture, as well as the floral details that matter most to you.
02. Initial Consultation
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll connect with you for a consultation: by phone, video, or in person. This is our chance to talk through your vision, priorities, and inspiration in more detail.
03. Estimate & Budget Outline
Following our consultation, we’ll provide a tailored estimate that outlines floral options within your budget, giving you a clear starting point for planning.
4. Detailed Proposal
We’ll create a detailed floral proposal with curated ideas, mood boards, and a digital mockup, so you can clearly visualize how everything will look on your wedding day. A design fee is required for this step, which is applied toward your total wedding investment.
5. Booking and planning
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize your booking with a signed agreement and retainer. To keep everything on track, we’ll check in with you at 6 and 2 months prior to your wedding with emails to review details and updates.
06. The Big Day
On your wedding day, our team brings your vision to life with care and artistry—delivering, styling, and arranging every detail seamlessly. From the first bloom to the final touch, we ensure your florals set the perfect atmosphere for a day you’ll always remember.
